Reasons which make us the best choice for you:
Focus On Teaching: All we do is teach. We do not sell or rent music instruments. This leaves us free to specialize in one thing - providing the highest quality of music instruction.
University Trained Teachers: Our instructors are highly qualified and many have extensive performance experience. Most importantly, our instructors strive to relate their teaching to each individual student's learning style.
All Ages - Beginners to Advanced: Our current students range from 3 years old to many students in their 60's and 70's. We take care to teach what you want to learn so music is rewarding for students of all ages and levels.
Private & Group Lessons: Different students require different teaching approaches. Some students progress best with the peer interaction and class motivation of a group session. Other students prefer the focused concentration of an individual one on one lesson. Once a student is more advanced it will be necessary to take private lessons to master the advanced techniques of an instrument with individual attention. Make sure that your student has the option to select the learning style that is best suited for them.
Regular Concerts and Recitals: Recitals and concerts are held at least twice a year. These provide students with performance experience and build confidence. Participation in music festivals, competitions and workshops is also available.
Exam Preparation: We offer full training in repertoire, studies, technique, ear training and sight reading to prepare classical students for Royal Conservatory exams.
Theory Classes: Classes are taught in preparation for exams of Royal Conservatory rudiments, theory and history.
Preschool Music Program: From the age of 3, children are exposed to the basics of music in a fun supportive group environment. This program builds a solid foundation for later success in private lessons.

Planning a WEDDING !
Music is one of the most important ingredients in creating the "perfect wedding". Without music, the laughter, the tears, the joy is less impactful.
Music plays many vital roles in the wedding ceremony, from providing flow and ambiance to highlighting the deeper emotional meaning. Many former brides and grooms remember the songs played at their weddings for the rest of their lives, and they can relive that romantic day when hearing those songs again.
ASC Musicians have been providing music for many years and have a wealth of experience to ensure that your day is memorable.

Some Frequently Asked questions
Visit my Blog for some interesting insights into the world of my views about music and its relationship to the world.
Read my most recent post "Are our children musically deprived?" Isn’t it sad that most of today’s children are musically deprived? Over the last few months, I have been able to visit many schools and conduct presentations on music and music as a career. As I like to make my presentations interactive, one of the simplest exercises that I invite children to participate in is to sing a few nursery rhymes with me. Now, I know that I don’t have a great voice; I don’t even have a good voice. In fact, my son and my students tell me that frogs sound better and I cannot dispute their claim. Nevertheless, I can sing simple tunes! Read more
"Studying Music - Luxury or Necessity?" It still amazes me that music is considered “a luxury” in our society. In times of economic recession, the first program to be considered for deletion or is usually deleted from schools is music. If there is a choice between sports and music, music is usually the runner-up because a sport is viewed as more important. A child, who chooses to play the violin or flute, especially if it’s a boy, is called a sissy or worse. Heaven help us if they choose to sing in a choir!...
